It is the first and foremost thing. You must know what you're aiming for. The goals must be well defined before starting up anything. 

Once you have a goal, you must have the skills to be able to reach your goal. If you don't have them, you have to acquire them. Whatever you decide you want to do, you must learn and develop the skills necessary to put in a top performance every day. 

Now, just having the skills doesn't mean you can use them well. You must be able to perform them to perfection. That means practice, practice, and practice. 

We all need to work together to reach our goals. No one Independent Channel Partner of the team can win the game alone. BBT provides constant support to all its Independent Channel Partners and help them win. 

Last, but by far not least, you must have the burning desire to reach your goal -- whatever that goal may be. You can possess the sharpest skills, execute them perfectly, and have the most support and the best leadership -- but if you don't care, chances are good you'll still fall short.
